Yes! You can make as many wishes as you like, and we will work through your wish list in the order that you submitted them, unless you request us to change that order.
If you are on the Starter plan, we will grant a Wish within three business days (typically less).
If you are on the Pro plan, we will grant a Wish within 2 business days (typically less).
Some Wishes may require more turnaround time, if they are tasks that are going to take multiple hours to complete. If so, we’ll let you know an ETA within one business day, and explain why it will take more time.
Everyone that you have authorized as a Wisher will be able to see a little button on your website called the WISH BUTTON.
Simply click on that button, and you can make a Wish. We’ll show you how before we launch, it’s super easy and fun!
We wouldn’t be able to keep these amazing prices without the WISH BUTTON sending your Wishes directly to our team of developer genies to complete.
Live phone calls or meetings are not included in plans above, except in rare cases.

Yes! We provide world-class hosting and all of the ongoing maintenance tasks related to keeping your website up-and-running.
No. These days, you’ll want an email provider that offers other useful apps in their platform, like spreadsheets, docs and file storage. Most small businesses choose one of the popular business platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
You will need to purchase a domain name for your website. It’s always best to have ownership of your own domain name. It will cost around $10/per year, and we can help you handle that before launch.
If you have already purchased a domain name that you would like to use, we will just need a temporary login setup so that we can point it to your new site!
You are welcome to request a copy of your GenieSite after the total equivalent of 24 monthly payments has been paid in full.
This copy will be delivered as a zip file and can be installed on a new WordPress hosting environment by the developer of your choice.
Please note that we pay for multiple premium plugin licenses each year to add great functionality to your website. You will likely need to purchase your own licenses if you are no longer hosting your website with us. We can’t guarantee that your website will work in a different hosting environment, and your new web developer will be responsible for installing your website and troubleshooting any issues.
Yes! Our e-commerce store is fully-managed, just like the rest of your website.

You will need to have open a payment processing account (typically with Stripe) that will charge your customers credit cards and deposit your payments into your account. These processors usually have a processing fee around 3%, depending on your volume.
We will provide you with a login to view orders and customer information. We can also setup email notifications for you and you customers.
